Building Information
Nittany Highlands Apartments offers standard 12-month leases with electronic monthly rent payments via the online tenant portal.
Rent includes gas, water, sewer, trash, and Wi-Fi. Tenants are responsible for setting up electricity in their own name prior to move-in. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen complete with a stove/oven, refrigerator, and microwave.
Rates
Two Bedrooms
- Rent: $1,000/month
- Security Deposit: $1,000, refundable
Pet Fees
- Pet Deposit: $200 ($100 of it is non-refundable)
- Pet rent: $20/per pet/per month (up to 2)
Application Fee
There is an application fee of $30.
Payments
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a $50 late fee applied after the 5th. All payments must be made online through the tenant portal via credit card or bank account (fee-free).
