Welcome to Nittany Highlands Apartments! Our spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom units feature central air conditioning and individual heat controls for your ultimate comfort. Rent includes trash, sewer, water, Wi-Fi, gas, and convenient off-street parking in our private lot (tenants pay electricity). Enjoy the convenience of second-floor coin-operated laundry facilities. We love pets too—up to two pets are welcome with an additional $200 security deposit each. Units are leased unfurnished, but furniture packages are available for an extra fee.
Feel free to call or email with any questions. We offer 12-month leases. Owner pays for trash, sewer, water, Wi-Fi, and gas. Tenant pays for the electricity.
