We understand the importance of a home to you – which is why we want you to live with us! Nittany Highlands Apartments are conveniently located across the street from The Penn State New Kensington Campus.
All units have been remodeled with new kitchens, new bathrooms, new flooring and are newly painted. Free Wi-Fi is also included. Also available are a limited number of XL twins beds by request only.
Living so close to campus enables students to take full advantage of the student activities and university resources. Amenities include furnished apartments with utilities included, independent central heat & air conditioning, on-site student resident assistants, keyless entry, coin operated laundry, soda and snack machines, free parking and summer rentals. Each bedroom comes with a desk and chair to match the number of students in that room.

A new remodeled kitchen is in every unit. It comes equipped with a stove, refrigerator and microwave and furnished with a table and chairs. Students are able to bring additional small appliances such as toasters and coffee makers. Students will need to bring all additional kitchen supplies such as plates, pots/pans and utensils.
Each living room is furnished with a sofa, table, side chair and window blind/shade. (Furniture in unit can vary). Student will need to bring a living room lamp.
Bedrooms come with one or two bed/dresser combinations depending on if your student selects a private or shared bedroom. Each student in the bedroom also has a desk & chair. The bedroom also includes one lamp and a window blind/shade. All beds are twin size unless specially requesting an XL twin. Students need to bring their own bedding.
