Maintenance Requests

Use the Tenant Portal if your apartment is in need of routine or semi - urgent maintenance. Submit your request under the REPAIRS tab. (Read descriptions below).

**For all after hours maintenance emergencies contact the Resident Assistant first. **


Contact a Resident Assistant IMMEDIATELY if you are having a maintenance emergency such as :

  • Total loss of electrical power 
  • Burst plumbing or flowing water 
  • Water leaks as a result of heavy rain 
  • Security problems including but not limited to broken locks, broken glass, loss of exterior lighting 
  • Smell of gas (after contacting Resident Assistant, please call the gas company at 1-800-764-0111
  • Any maintenance items with the potential to cause damage, injury, or harm 
  • Smell or other concern for fire
  • Loss of heat 
  • Sewer back-up 

Routine: A maintenance technician will respond in the order of urgency within 72 hours during regular weekday business hours. Examples may include but are not limited to: 

  • Broken door handle
  • Dripping faucet
  • Loss of air conditioning (emergency response will be at the discretion of management) ​
  • Cracked or inoperable window​

Semi-urgent: A maintenance technician will respond within 24-48 hours. Examples may include but are not limited to: 

  • Loss of hot water 
  • Inoperable refrigerator 
  • Inoperable oven or range 
  • Clogged toilet (please attempt to unclog the toilet by plunging first) 
  • Clogged sink 
  • Clogged tub
